Beautiful place, mediocre food. We ordered the set menu, my husband is allergic to prawns but I'm not, so when we asked them to replace his prawn dish they served us both chicken curry. Chicken was bland as if boiled beforehand, mains were nothing spectacular. Dessert was disappointing. Overall everything was just ok, my favorite part was the starter, nice chicken satay.

Grasshopper is one of my absolute favourite thai restaurants and I'm never disappointed when I visit with groups. Service is excellent, beverages, particularly the mocktails are simply divine and the cuisine is heavenly!

Really delicious food, healthy servings as expected of a Thai restaurant, excellent service. We were very happy to have a table made up for us without a booking when we totally forgot it was valentine's day as we don't celebrate it! Thank you

Went here because of the great reviews but I was extremely disappointed. Tastes nothing like authentic Thai. The only good thing was the rice and friendly staff. Curry didn't taste of curry at all, meat was not good, sauce runny and they used Italian basil in stead of Thai.

Service was friendly, decor was fantastic, there was a waiting area by the bar whilst our table was being prepared. For entree my partner and I had money bags ($13); this was a little pricey for a serving of 3 average sized money bags. For mains I ordered a cocktail and Pad Thai ($20), both of which were very sweet, large portions and otherwise quite delicious. My partner ordered chicken fried rice ($20) which seemed a little on the smaller side and the chicken was not very tasty.
Overall the experience was good however a little pricey for what you get.response / report this review
