Too poor in service

Terrible customer service, continually promised to action certain problems we were having and never did. Call centre for accounts is based overseas and is basically hopeless. Would not recommend as a provider.

The customer service I recieved when complaining about a mouldy product was appalling. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the rep that "she will call you back". Two months later and still no phone call. Perhaps they are too busy dealing with a bunch of other complaints?

your 6 pack meadow fresh yoghurt was some of the best. However if seal on top of pot is strawberry then i prefer that rather than apricot. My son likes any flavour but I prefer strawberry.It got eaten so no complaints just a little dissapointed
