    Same experience as JoG.Booked & paid for rental car,received confirmation & then 12 hrs later find email telling me money refunded & no car available.Why was my booking accepted initially??? Just as well I wasn't on the road or flying in from somewhere to find no car waiting for me..I won't be booking with this lot again!
