  Great experience - easy to work with, keen to help you out, and great customer service. And thought had developed mechanical issue while away, they were immediately finding solutions and help, turned out i was just not used to modern vehicles and button starts!! Thanks A1!

  Worst 3 days hire of my life ended up calling them to come pick the vehicle back up no hand brake no tread even had wire coming out of the tyre inner no tail lights really dirty, now getting TREATS BY THE MANAGER MIKE and he Co worker treats being followed up by police ..

  These people are known by Kerikeri locals to be a mickey mouse outfit which is why they never use them. My bad luck in not knowing about their reputation until after the fact. If someone runs a business renting cars and trucks, they should know what size truck is needed to move people appropriately according to house size and no. of bedrooms. This company deserves zero stars and I presume they will reply here, making up some BS about their whole business ethic. Visitors to Kerikeri, there are other vehicle rental companies to use and I suggest you do so.
