Waxing is already painful, but when the wax sticks to the skin and not the hair becomes deeply uncomfortable, and a waxer should know and avoid that. I came back home with plenty of bruises and red patches, let alone hair, that I had to remove myself. The girl, although kind, rushed the whole process because she wanted to go home. And the surcharge due to "too much hair" was just ridiculous.

I got a hydration peel a few months back. I have sensitive skin and can react to different products. I was told this one will be fine. It started stinging quiet badly so I told the therapist. I was told it's meant to tingle. I said no it's stinging. The therapist said that it means my skin is dehydrated and this was fine. When the peel was taken off my skin was red and sore. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with an unpleasant and inpatient person doing the waxing. It hurt and she didn't seem to be interested in trying to be nice or make it less painful, so I'm not gonna go back again.

My sister and her husband went here for a couples massage and were very pleased with the relaxation massage and the level of service. PERFECT!!
