Manager was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and tidy. Would recommend this motel. The general atmosphere here is very relaxed and welcoming.

Found pubic hairs in the bed.enough said. Obviously the bed was re-made and the linen wasn't changed.

From the time I arrived there were problems with the booking which was paid for and the rude treatment I received. The room was fill with the smell of cigarette smoke. Was glad to get out of there.

It was all nice there for me ,whenever i went to hastings i use to go there so thats why 4 strat but now a bit expensive so this is the reason why i reduce 1 start. Remaining everything was good

Clean and tidy rooms, staff are friendly. busy road with lots of traffic noise in mornings. Tight parking area.

Excellent. Although the motel is older style, the place has been renovated with excellent facilities e'g new showers, toilets, bathroom, carpets, beds etc. The supplied teas/coffees/biscuits were generous and good quality.
The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The motel is on the main road but traffic noise was minimal.
The owners were very friendly & helpful. I noticed they looked us in the eyes when they spoke with us, rather than just treating us a passing supplier of revenue!

Well done. We'll stay with you again
