DO NOT DO IT! Thought we were paying more for decent service. Booked a camper for hire. Said they would meet us at the airport at 12. Emailed at 12:30 saying the camper broke down the day previous and wouldn't be ready until the following day in the late afternoon. They were not willing to do anything but refund 1 day; no accommodation or compensation for booked tours we were forced to miss. Would not stand behind anything and would not refund us to cancel and get a new unit from elsewhere. The lack of customer service is sickening. They even threatened to take us to court.

Everything went well. Had a minor problem with the car but got it repaired in Dunedin. Lost half a day though. Staff is friendly. Gave us a bit old camping chairs which is a bit bad if you pay extra for them. Just check them before you go and they give you better ones. Car was as offered. A bit old and not everything works perfect, but that's what you expect when you rent a almost 10year old vehicle 😏
