  Excellent location in the city amazing and friendly people awesome service excellent prices on the scooter's and items love my experience and got to try an electric scooter for testing before I made a decision it was an amazing experience must visit this store

  I am loving the Xero 10x elec scooter I bought from FREED. I live up the side of a hill in Wellington, it gets up there easy. No problem also in the Wellington wind. The dual motor button is brilliant as a turbo for extra power when you need it, especially passing cyclists! James was great to deal with, really good on the sale pitch, and brilliant on after sales service too. Thanks for everything James. Orsum!

  Customer service was excellent. Actually the reviews on the product we purchased were fantastic. We left our vehicles parked at Victoria Markets after paying for an extra 3 hours and spent the next three hour being tourists. Whenever we stopped. Someone came and asked where we got the scooters from. They are fast when you want, they have suspension that allows you to drive over curbs the brakes are excellent. There is enough power to get me up any hill in Auckland fast. I still haven't gone as fast as I could and probably wont. But having the power is very helpful. We went up Queen street and were able to travel as slow as someone walking without losing balance. The wide board is just the best for comfort. There are three modes and economy and dual motors. They're awesome for hills. Although the scooters were terribly expensive. I wouldn't look at another.
  I explored more of Auckland in three hours that I would have ever done on foot. You do feel like a kid again. It was so much fun! The product we purchased was the ZERO 10X 24Ah

  Brilliant customer experience. Bought a Zero 9 and had all my questions answered.
  Definitely worth buying from, I highly recommend.
