Fox Glacier Lookout

  Nice and quiet place when I visited; I did also see the glacier, despite it being slightly cloudy.
  
  If you're planning to come here, do make sure you come on a clear day. It's quite far away from the town center, but the roads to the lookout are decent.

  If it is sunny and clear day you would be able see how beautiful and gigantic the glacier is.One of the must do things in Fox.If u r lucky you mighty b able to see mt cook peak as well from this spot. Enjoy!!

  Lovely spot for a picnic just 5 min drive from Lake Matheson, with nice picnic tables and panoramic views of surrounding mountains. A helpful pointer device can show you what you're looking at in each direction. Very quiet and tranquil when we were there.
