Re-introduce the old practice of dropping full glass bottles off and picking empty ones up to be refilled. Not to homes but to supermarkets. It would save you money, reduce your environmental impact and look amazing PR wise. It wouldn't even have to replace your plastic bottles. It would also be a great advertising gimmick if you want to be cynical about it. Going back to "how things were" and making you look super classic.

Anybody else having their complaints being deleted? I posted to the Kapiti Ice Cream Facebook page a couple of days ago re: how our Kapiti ice Cream purchase fell well short of the packaging. It was ignored for two days and when I went back to follow up today, found it was deleted, along with a few other 'negative' posts that no longer seem to be there.
They didn't even bother to respond.
Basically, our purchase consisted of tub of chocolate base with the bare minimum of premium ingredients (i.e. .. we weren't sure there were any.
Where were the 'generous swirls of salted caramel & almond brittle pieces'?
