Food is okay, service is alright

Someone needs to learn how to make eggs benedict. Plate was swimming in hollandaise sauce, eggs too cooked.

What a disappointing experience. The presentation of the food was appalling and disgusting. The hash-browns were rock-hard, dry and the bacon and eggs were burnt black, suitable enough to be used as charcoal. When we were offered replacement eggs, they were almost as burnt as the ones we had received in the first place. The chef who was working at 1:45 PM on 2/2/2016 might want to reconsider his line of work, as he appeared to be inexperienced or rushed with his/her cooking. The food was bland and poorly presented. The service was terrible; as they just appeared to be ignorant of our dissatisfaction, not even bothering to apologise for the situation at hand. This experience was disappointing because our first time here was excellent. Sadly, this time was very different. You won't be seeing us again, nor would we recommend Fishbone Cafe to anyone at all. The best part of the meal was the 500ml bottle of Coca Cola.
The best part of the day was leaving this place.

Waited 45 minutes before asking about our food to find they had lost our order. Iced coffee was pre-made from a bottle. Chai was good.
