We purchased a vehicle from elsewhere which was out of any warranty and it had a major failure through no fault of Ebbetts. We approached the team and they bent over backwards to help us out with a difficult financial situation. During the process the Dealer Principal even took the time out of his busy day to make hot chocolates for my 3 young children. With their help we now have the vehicle we need and trouble free motoring. These guys went beyond where they needed to go for a problem that had nothing to do with them and I personally would recommend them to anyone.

Travelled from Taranaki to purchase our 2013 SS, then purchased and had installed our Walkinshaw W310 exhaust system from ebbetts Hamilton. Will be buying our next vehicle from them again soon. Great team to deal with and loved the experience. Cheers Ebbetts.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!
Took my VOLKSWAGON T4 here in 2016 when it starting stalling, Ebbets reviewed for a few hours, charged me $300 and got the diagnosis totally wrong. If i had listened to them i would have spent many thousands on an ECU which would have made zero difference.
Instead i went to garage in Te Rapa, in 30 minutes with a smoke test they had identified a massive hole in the manifold between engine and exhaust. The engine had to be removed to weld it up but the whole thing got my van running for less than $1,000.
To be fair Ebbetts did refund me the $300 but i got the impression that if my van went back in, they'd do exactly the same.
