Sent my clarinet for service last year. The best part of it is that Sean and colleagues are all musicians themselves and understand fully what our needs are (unlike many sales people in other music shops). They do not sell you stuff you don't need; their recommendations and advice are very sensible. And my clarinet was very well-serviced too :)

Prompt service and very helpful, excellent value also. My Mum is totally rapt to have her flute back so quickly and playing beautifully. I'm very impressed with the new case and Mum is putting her "baby" to bed every night now :) Thank you Dr Toots :)
