  This was my second time renting an RV (campervan) in New Zealand and when I come back I will be renting from Discover NZ again. On this trip I was with my family (wife and two kids) and we rented a 6 berth Autotrail. The Auckland representative Ed was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He brought the campervan to our hotel in Auckland which made for a very smooth transition to our holiday. He then gave us his personal mobile number in case of any problems (which there were none) and was equally accommodating when checking back in. This is a small business and you get the personalized service - you are not a number - Ed knew exactly who we were when we called to return our van nearly a month later.
  
  Pricing was competitive and fair; there were no surprises or hidden charges. I paid exactly what we had originally agreed to. Thank you Discover NZ and THANK YOU ED!!! You have given my children a lifetime of memories - we'll be back!!
