  I have been very impressed with the high standard of care offered from the Stoke Veterinary Clinic, not only by the vets but also the vet nurses. I feel very confident when leaving my cat there, knowing that she will be well looked after.

  Receptionist always very helpful, and all staff very professonal and treat animals with utmost care. We live in Marlborough Sounds, and they are happy to keep our cat in their care until we do our tasks in town and can get back to get her. Also brilliant they are open 7 days.

  Always service with a smile at the front desk and last year when I had to have my cat put down the service was exceptional! It is not an easy thing but they ALL went above and beyond to help me feel ok, including letting me sneak my teary face out the back door and settle the bill the next day. I also received a hand written condolence card.

  We highly recommend Pet Doctors Stoke.
  We have always received a high standard of professional care for our pets here.
  Whether it was an emergency visit or a routine consultation or just to purchase pet food, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring and understanding.
  A special mention to vet nurse "Lisa"! She offers a weight loss clinic / programme and plans a healthy diet for your pet. It's such a fantastic service to take advantage of, if you have any concerns for your pet's diet.

  Pet Drs (formally Stoke Vet Clinic) has been our preferred vet for the past 20+ years. The staff there are just fantastic, very informative, knowledgeable, and the customer experience is always wonderful. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else after so many years of exceptional care for our Burmese cats.

  The care our pet received was beyond reproach. We found all the staff friendly, approachable, and they all really seemed to care. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for help with their four legged family member without hesitation.

  I was very happy with my previous Vet but the reception staff (one person in particular) was really unhelpful and quite rude. I moved to Stoke Veterinary Clinic after a friend told me how great the staff were - treating you and your pet in a special way. The reception staff are fantastic - nothing is impossible - the Vets explain everything to you and answer all your questions honestly.

  We recently moved from Marlborough where we had a fabulous relationship with our Vet-Team so it was challenging to hope to duplicate this experience. When we booked in at the Stoke Clinic we knew we'd hit the spot! The warm welcome, the lack of wait and the knowledge and expertise of the Vet (Peter) was all perfect. We highly recommend this Team and are grateful to have found them (and it turns out they knew our previous Vet as well which was a bonus as it made the transition seamless.)

  Have always been treated with pleasantness and great respect and with Rosie my 1st dog I visited them many times and even at the end we were treated with dignity and support.
  I Would recommend them to anyone - service is fantastic - they are certainly a family clinic

  Nothing but the best of care and honest advice. I've sadly had to have 2 pets euthanised in last 2 years and I can't imagine how it could have been done more sensitively. I recommend to all pet lovers I know

  Meg, Anah and the team at Stoke are always amazing and friendly. So kind to our 3 wonderful pooches. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
