  Staffed by idiots. We're 3 travellers in our late 20's and we were refused alcohol sales despite having a passport and 2 UK driving licences with us. Can't blame the younger staff but the managers need some serious customer service lessons and to show a little discretion. What would happen if I went in with children? Lesson learned take business elsewhere and remember your passports travelers.

  Great friendly staff. Easy 2 locate products. Pity some 'head' checkout managers who should be setting an example would much rather continue their own conversations than address the customers concerns. Nightime self-service staff member, young, female & exceptionally arrogant. As if yr questions are hindering her existance
