I've taken my son into Cuts@Once many times for the obligatory 'back to school' haircuts and have had nothing but excellent service and quality results. The service is always fantastic, we're treated with respect and most importantly my son walks out with a smile on his face.

My friend went in for a simple fringe and Robyn the stylist messed up. The fringe was UNEVEN and she missed heaps of hair so she keeps finding very long peices hanging out. It is making her very self conscious and she doesn't even want to leave the house, people at school are making fun of her and continue to bully her everyday. I as a good friend am concerned about her health and how this tragedy will effect her mentally. When she left the salon the stylist said it would "be fine" "just leave it a couple days". But this this is unacceptable and I am very upset . I do not recommend you go here unless you don't care at all what your hair looks like.
