Great place to get groceries, clean and well organized. Would be nice if they had more organic options though. They work to reduce food waste with their odd bunch program. A great way to get good but funny looking vegetables cheaply.

Good supermarket easy access staff very helpful and typical countdown prices. Would be great seeing nz supermarkets majing up portions for single people. Most packaging is done for 2 or more people. One example is beong able to buy 1 donut. Egress at this supermarket is not easy if you are turning to fo north

Friendly staff. If u look under 40 u will get ID for buying alcohol so very flattering he he. End of day usually no bread I only bad thing I have to say. Otherwise it's a good place to shop

Katikati Countdown is a large and spacious well-stocked supermarket. It has a good International section and stocks lots of gluten free products. There is a great bakery, deli and a good fresh produce department. The wine and beer selection is extensive. In general the staff are friendly and helpful, and I'm grateful to have such a good supermarket available in our area!

Handy place to stop when travelling north from Tauranga for any last minute bits as its straight off the main highway. Good sized car park and has all the main grocery items you would expect from a Countdown.

What a wonderful shop manager you have in Delia, she was running back & forth sorting out the multiple checkouts but she still had time to help assist me with a smile on her face - a real industrious worker, she deserves a pay rise :) (ps. we live in Omokoroa so couldn't get back straight away with our issue, but she remembered me and quickly resolved the problem)
