  I organised a trip on the Marlborough Sounds for 30 people. The service, the boat and the staff were all top notch. We will certainly use Cougar Lines again.

  Really went out of their way to get us to our lodge. Even when the ferry was 30 mins late. Dave was a legend skipper also. Cheers.

  Highly professional. Very nice team and crew. We used them to get to the starting point of the Queen Charlotte Track at ship cove, and to transfer our luggage to and from our accommodation after the first day of hiking. It works well and is actually quite efficient.

  I booked with Cougar Line several weeks before my trip and called the morning of my departure to discover that my trip was never booked. The customer service to rectify this mistake on their part was far below expectations. I experienced much better service with another taxi company and I am happy that my money went elsewhere.

  Cant fault our day on the Queen Charlotte track thanks to Cougar line! We found the staff to be very friendly and reliable. Nothing felt like it was a problem and as a result the day was very relaxed. Even had the added bonus of spotting seals and dolphins! Can highly recommend.
