  When I went in to the reception to ask for directions as I was lost the receptionist was paranoid and accused me of trespassing

  Excellent. There was heavy frost this Morning and they had gone round last night and put cardboard over everyone's widescreen. And the room was clean and tidy aldo.

  Very friendly hosts with clean and tidy rooms. The continental breakfast comes with an extra treat.

  Friendly staff, wifi is good too. While it's a bit further to the office from here, it's nice not having to try and find a place to park as each room appears to have it's own park.
  
  The breakfast even comes with a wee treat.

  Staff were excellent in all their recommendations of places to see in Invercargill. Also, great cooked breakfast. Nice modern motel. Room was well presented and very clean. Loved how we could watch TV in the lounge or bedroom. Everything we needed for our stay. Loved the spa.

  dated motel needs a paint and good make over.
  lots of noise , didn't get a good nights sleep.
