  I have found the staff to be very thorough, caring and empathetic. My son is usually scared and untrustworthy of clinics however since being clients of Collingwood Health he is now secure and happy due to the kind, reassuring nature of the staff! Highly recommend!

  Dr Karl is such a friendly and helpful doctor-couldn't recommend him enough. Also Liz the nurse is amazing when it comes to giving my children immunisations as she is very kind and patient.

  Dr. Karl is one of the best doctors I have met in 60 years. I was a patient in 2 other health centres (Richmond and Stoke) and almost paid the ultimate price due to total ignorance of one of the doctors. The Collingwood Health Center is much better in many ways and the doctor is taking any health problem very serious. I feel treated with respect and dignity and can recommend them to everyone. This is the best health centre in Nelson, I’m sure! Thanks to all of you!

  Best doctor we have ever had. Empathetic with lots of information and advice- both holistic and medical. Excellent diagnostically. Highly recommend Dr Karl- he provides an old fashioned comprehensive medical service and does it very well.

  Not impressed. Doctor didn't know any answers and wasn't helpful. I had to wait 30 mins and then got bad reception as I had to move the car which took 2 minutes and the doctor had just come out when I come back in. Disappointed and not the first time had a bad experience.

  All I can say is I've had a very good service. You can access the doctors when needed or get in the very next day. What I appreciate is they always give you advise about your condition and recommend other herbal products that can support and boost your health and well being. One other reported comment I'd like to add is they allow you time to have one, two or three conditions looked at. This is different to every other practices in Nelson where the general tone is about charging in 10 minute slots for one condition at a rate of between $40 - $50 per session. One wonders where medicine and caring for people has gone. Its now about revenue and turnover.
  
  I fully support the good work the clinical and administrative team perform for me and my whanau.
