  From when we first met with Kate it was clear she had our backs.
  She was always available to answer questions and keep us on track, I was fairly organized throughout the process but it was so reassuring to have someone that knew what they were doing keeping an eye on things.
  She saved the day, during the only time on the planning process I cried. We had got our engagement pictures back and they were not what we had been expecting. Kate swung into action at 9.30pm and had messages out to a bunch of photographers that she knew to be amazing. With her help we were able to lock in the most wonderful photographer.
  On the day Kate managed everything seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about anything I just had to relax and enjoy my wedding.
  Everything just happened, the venues were checked, cake fixed, decor moved from one venue to the other our guests taken care of.
  We also had the pleasure of Steph aiding Kate close to our wedding, what the power team they are! I can only imagine how much more wonderful they are now.
  If you are planning your wedding you need Kate and her team.

  Daniel & I have been absolutely blown away by the dedication & professionalism by the team at Collective Concepts. We engaged Collective Concepts for a Wedding Day Coordination Package - and we simply couldn’t have had our perfect day without them! Kate was so quick to respond to any questions or provide general support throughout our wedding planning journey, which played a huge part in selecting vendors & planning our day. The ‘Wedding Planning Toolkit’ Kate provided was so helpful for things from budgeting to reminders!
  Our on the day coordinator was Alice, who was simply an angel. She literally ran everywhere to make sure everything ran smoothly, catered to everyone’s needs & even made sure we had food given to us when we went away for photos!
  We also included the Event Bar Staff package to serve drinks on the day. Steph was just incredible, all our guests wanted to know her name as she was so helpful & made sure everyone was looked after.
  Daniel & I simply don’t know how people have weddings without you guys! We’re so thankful for all your hard work into making our day perfect.

  We purchased an amazing experience and Kate and her crew put it all together. Leading up to the event Kate was great with communicating everything and keeping me up to date. Her team on the night were incredible and nothing was to hard. it was very easy to be relaxed and enjoy the evening when they are so professional and make everything proceed with ease. Would highly recommend and use again for events!

  Kate and her team at Collective Concepts are outstanding. Their knowledge, work ethic and communication were the best of the best. Kate made our wedding day feel so simple to organize and it truly was one of the best days of our lives. Things ran so smoothly with Kate and her team holding the reigns. We will always be so grateful and will always highly recommend Collective Concepts

  I've had the pleasure of working with Kate and her team at Collective Concepts in my capacity as a marriage celebrant. Kate is extremely experienced and knows exactly what to do to help you plan your dream ceremony! She is professional, personable and very capable. I highly recommend CC for your next event!
