Lovely staff and great experience, after not surfing for 3 months I was back in the water after my first session and having no back pain after a few sessions. Highly recommend!!

I'm a full time mother and a full time student. A few months ago I was hardly able to walk because of my bad knee, but since getting treatment here my knee feels so much better. The staff are friendly and lovely. Would highly recommend.

Having suffered for over 10 years from a neck injury and trying almost everything bar surgery, I decided to give Christchurch Wellness Centre a go just before Christmas. Mary and Chad have been outstanding! Right from the first appointment and consultation, Mary made me a promise that they will get me better. That promise has been fulfilled. After 12 weeks of treatment, the numbness down my left arm has almost completely disappeared. My posture has improved massively and I am well on my way to a pain free life which I thought I may never experience again. A special mention to Beth at reception too, who always makes you feel welcome and has a smile. Cheers guys, appreciate your time and effort into making me right again!

Mary is an outstanding and professional chiropractor. She has been able to adjust my back with real success whilst making the appointments feel personal rather than an in and out in 2 minutes adjustment. She is one of the only chiropractors to adjust my neck without making me wince. Highly recommend, the centre is light and bright with a very welcoming front desk and practitioners. :-)
