  Very impressed with attitude, commitment and communication of all staff involved in the installation of our ducted heating system. We were supplied with a very detailed quote and all initial questions were answered fully and satisfactorily. Communication regarding both visit times and onsite activity was excellent. The installation crew were a very friendly and considerate group who worked in a highly professional manner throughout. Completed work was of an excellent standard and overall left us feeling very satisfied. Our sincere thanks go out to all members of this team. We would highly recommend Climate to anyone.

  I have used climate twice now, once to replace our water heater and now to plumb out our new bathroom. Both times they have been super efficient, fast and the communication has been amazing!! Would definitely recommend. Paul has been the person helping us with our bathroom, his qoute was very reasonable and very happy with his customer service.

  When I phoned the call was picked up quickly and heather was an absolute saint! She organised for someone to come out that afternoon to look at the broken unit, and then the next day the new system was installed ! Climate were awesome and all very helpful in an emergency situation ! Thanks so much team !

  On the first day of the install, I was talked through every step to make sure I was OK with their plan.
  The two teams that did the install were polite, repectful guys and were a pleasure to have in our home.
  Excellent installation process for the multi unit and single unit with a very tidy professional completion.

  We were wanting to see if installing a larger infinity hot water system would be better for when we have 2 showers going at the same time. Climate came out that day and had a look. Darren was really good he advised it wouldn't really make a difference by installing a larger unit, and explained what we really needed to do. Gave us several options and ball park figures of costs, time etc. Cheers kurt

  Through a series of serious disappointments from other gas fitters I had to urgently call Climate. They fitted in my job and did great work. I would recommend them to everyone

  The tradesmen arrived on time, were very efficient and polite. They tidied up after they had finished the job. They listened to what I needed to have done and nothing was too difficult for them. Very pleased with the service I received

  Told by Receptionist they could cover service on heatpump acting up, under warranty. They then Invoiced me and chased me hard. Will never use or promote to anyone.
  Also a visit to a friends workplace. The Tradey neglected to discuss options that a repair cost about the same as new. Therefore they will never use or promote either.
  Do not have a good name around town.
