Incredibly positive experience with an eye procedure in the day surgery facility. Without exception and from beginning to end, Prof Mark Elder and all personnel we encountered were connecting, professional, courteous, and skilled. I went through the public system—but was treated like a 5-star patient. Can't imagine any way it could have been better. Thanks to all.

Theatre and recovery staff are just beautiful. From the Orderly to the Surgeon, what great representation for this hospital as unfortunately it's lacking in other areas.

I was in christchurch hospital cardiac ward this week.The staff were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for all they done for me.Fantastic people doctors and nurses.

The hospital staff and services are really good. The cafe though, or one of the staff specifically, made me feel terrible. She was very rude. If she was working for me she would be fired.

The nurses, doctors and surgeons are amazing here. So understanding and make you feel at ease under stressful situations. I would note the the cafes and stores there are pretty average And recommend bringing in food and drink after hours as you won't find much near.

my partner is still in their care and they are amazing. i know im a pain in the ass but they still do their very best and mostly treat me and my partner with so much respect. i wish i could do more to repay my gratitude.

The care offered to my self and a month later to my elderly mother was first class, very attentive to the patient but also took the emotions of the family in to account and offered comfort despite being super busy. The staff are angels - thank you chch public for caring.
