If you are from Hillmorton Hospital and seeing a GP at High Street City Health take a support person with you. Not someone with a mental illness. Have someone speak on your behalf when making enquirers about blood tests and copies may be helpful.

Doctors are all very professional and lovely.
The receptionist has been rude, blunt, every single time I've been there, she speaks rudely to customers and doesn't acknowledge someone waiting at the desk to be served until she is finished talking and chatting with other receptionist about unrelated stuff.. wonder why she still has a job really.

Positives: Polite, personable, and professional doctor (Mick Ozimek)
Negatives: Discourteous and blatantly disrespectful receptionist (Tayla?); poorly kept website with incorrect information; overall poor communication. Maybe it's good enough for New Zealand, but if you actually value your time, go elsewhere.

Doctors are all lovely and professional and very good at what they do. One thing however that disappointed me in this medical centre was the receptionist, Sonya. I have been on multiple occasions and find her to be very unwelcoming and quite frankly rude.

I just called to ask for a repeat prescription for my husband. The receptionist was short, rude and not much help at all! It doesn't cost much to be polite to the customers that make your business successful people!
