Extremely dissapointing service from such a big well known dealership. Went in to have my car checked and they tell me they did an inpection on the car and confirmed that the part in question has failed and charge me $85 for an inspection fee. I go home later that day and check it myself and it became very clear that no inpection was done as i found the part in question had just fallen slighty out of place. But ofcourse thier professional bmw service staff didnt agree as they wrote “carried out inspection and confirmed part has failed”.Returned to the dealership and they tell me “oh sorry we were pressed on time so we didnt inspect your car” So why do you charge me $85 and give me false information? I would not reccommend visiting this dealership especially the service dep as if you look like you know nothing about your car they will most likely scam you for your money and give you false information.

So I go into Jeff Gray, after a partin my comfy old home clothes as I was working on car and got treated like I was some kind of nobody who doesn't make enough money for them to give me any kind of acknowledgement. There was ONLY one guy who treated me with respect and clearly he was a busy man as he was at his desk NOT at the service counter or on the Sales room floor.

The only car salesman we will deal with is Elliot Smyth of the MINI Garage and for good reason! This guy not only knows his stuff, but must be one of the friendliest, helpful, and most straight-up people in the car business! Highly recommended, well done!
