Our vehicle had to have its front wind shield replaced due to a stone chip.
The workmanship is the worst i have ever seen! Seals haven't been stuck down properly and are still sticking up, not only this but they have torn part of it is well. When we took it back for them to take photos for it to be redone the lady didn't apologise about the poor quality of work nor did she seem even a little interested! Will not be going back and would not recommend!

Lady on Phone Very unprofessional, do not how to answer the phone, ring her to give business from three different phone, hung up every time. not good for the business unprofessional people on phone or customer queries

We needed to get a number of windows replaced and the team from Chris Smith Glass were fantastic. Cam and Luke turned up with great attitudes and did a fantastic job. They were even happy to give us tips for puttying the remainder of our windows which was really appreciated. They cleaned up well and left us feeling very happy with a job well done. Happy to recommend Chris Smith Glass to anyone needing glazier work in Rotorua.
