It is a good place to take some nice pictures. Even though it is quite a long drive, I nevertheless recommend a short stop if you are nearby!

Historical place.
Beautiful views.
Little isolated.
Found the ambiance little dirty and unhygienic as it appeared occupied by cows which were sitting all around the lighthouse and there was cow dung spread randomly over the grass.

Strange place! Amazing view (would have been even better if it had not been so cloudy). The fact that there was no signage should have alerted me that this was not a standard stop. If you are looking for incredible views (on days without cloud) then this is for you if you don't mind climbing over chains across cattle grids but if like me you feel strange by entering an area where visitors are clearly not encouraged then maybe the museum and light centre a bit further up the main road would be more suitable.
