For a free-admission zoo, this is a nail little zoo that my two-year old enjoyed it.

It is a small zoo, there are monkeys, farm animals, otters and birds, if you want to go to a proper zoo in Taranaki, go to Pouakai zoo

Fantastic little zoo with a great playground as well. Spend an hour or so, longer with a play. Otters, monkeys, birds, reptiles, farm animals.
