  Clean, tidy, contemporary, good host. Good location, walk to town in 5 minutes, Hobbiton tour 9 minutes away, Recommend this motel.

  Wonderful location and the owner went out of his way. He supplied the teenagers with more wifi than was allocated for out stay. Clean and comfortable unit. Nice spa area and within walking distance of everything in town. There are some yummy cafes close by!

  Excellent Service and cozy studio and one bedroom bungalow style rooms, with kitchen and shower. Free Rental of the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings Movies.

  Very nice room, full kitchen, robes available for use in the room, large shower, and climate controlled environment (not that it was necessary - the weather was great so we could open the windows)! Just a few minutes down the road from Hobbiton, the place was excellent to sleep the night before and get a jump on touring the next day. Definitely recommend it!

  Cosy basic main block. Some units need renovations but the new units are very modern. Place well run with proprietors welcoming and helpful

  Wonderful motel, super clean (which I enjoy most about hotels to be fair) and close by to the city centre with restaurants and shops. Management was great, the room spacious and the beds comfy. I like them slightly firmer, but these were absolutely fine to sleep in!
