Great views, nice staff we visited on 4/06/2017 but compared to November 2016 the food was very poor, on both occasions we had the Entree tasting platter first time was amazing second time the quality was low. I have tried to contact them to discuss it but they no longer have an email address.

Amazing vineyard with exceptional staff working here! Kim was our guide during our tasting and was so knowledgeable about the varietals they had. Hands down our favorite of all the wineries/vineyards we visited!!

With its glass walls and stunning views, this is probably the most beautiful place in the region to enjoy a meal. The food is top notch, and we enjoyed a flight of wines so we could do a tasting right at our table. We found the service to be friendly and nice. After lunch, you can walk down the hill to the aviary to see their rescued falcon and its companion bird and learn more about falcons.

This was on a slightly hilltop hence had a fantastic view of the vineyards! Branscott is huge in NZ! The staff is also very friendly, cafe has very cozy ambience! Loved it!

Unfortunately I only have two positive comments for feedback. The view was stunning and the shuttle guy was awesome.
The staff did not greet us pleasantly - no teeth were showing due to the fact they didn't smile. The staff also needed to make us at least imagine that our visit to the Brancott Estate Heritage Centre would be one to remember for positive reasons. We had visitors from overseas whom we wanted to "show off" to, some of our amazing hospitality venues however Brancott Estate Heritage Centre did not deliver. The lamb was salty and one of our party had to wait ten minutes longer than the rest of the party for his main meal to come out. Good manners and good service cost nothing.
