  Room was unclean cobwebs, mold etc, shower was dirty and had another guests hair in it.
  Room was not serviced.
  When I told the manager all she said was "they have a new cleaner"..
  Will not stay here again.

  Stayed at Braemar Motor Inn for nearly a month. It met all the requirements we would have expected (comfortable, warm, well serviced & the staff were excellent. And it was cheap). We would have no trouble staying there again. Thanks everyone.

  Doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good quality cheap accommodation for our group.

  Very simple but was cheap as chips. Most of all it was very clean and staff were nice ( I think everyone in the 'Naki' is). The provided iron malfunctioned but hardly the end of the world. WiFi was good, city centre just down the road. All good.

  Feb 2015. Excellent value for money. Room was clean and tidy, serviced daily with clean towels etc. Simple functional, very close to town, free Wi-Fi and good showers! - Owner was delightful. Happy helpful and friendly

  We would not stay there again. We booked a 5 bed room on the internet. Advertised as a family room - but was charged by the number of people. If we had more than 5 people, then I would expect to have to pay per extra person. But we had 4 people and extra $30 on top of the exorbitant price was over the top. The person who was supposedly the host was as rude as could be - The room was not even flash. And to top it, we booked a non smoking room - but by the tin can full of butts outside the door - it was evidently not one.
  
  The showers - well we had to stand there waiting for the water to come out - a shower alright. a rating out of 10? try a negative 10.
  
  Don't even bother to book here.
