I have only been here once in all my years living in the bay, but I would have to say, the butter chicken pie that I received at Blue bell was utterly disgusting. It did not taste like curry, and the texture was revolting. Also, the pie was not structured well and fell apart in my hands. Would not visit again. Patrisha's pies just down the road are significantly better.

Great parking, good selection of lunch food if you are early & extensive menu if you aren't! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is a bit pricey but meals are big enough to be shared. Their blondie slice is irresistible.

Great little cafe in Island Bay. Nice wait and counter staff. The coffee was served almost immediately. My order was nothing special but came out in a timely manner and was cooked to a great standard. Plenty of seats if you are with small parties, otherwise a large leaner/bench for those coming in and out.

Great pies! Had the pepper steak the other day and it was excellent. Steak was tender, gravy thick and savory. They have a great selection of cabinet food but I only go there for the pies. Had an excellent long black. Beans are from Flight Coffee.
