Incredible service! I called from out of town for my sister who locked her keys in the car, stranded in Wellington. Within 15 minutes they were there, unlocked the car and on the phone with me for payment. Complete lifesavers! Would highly recommend.

Used multiple times. Service excellent. Friendly, prompt and most importantly their advice is honest and with the most practical and sensible solution recommend rather than the most expensive.
Recently had an urgent situation and they attended and fixed lock without delay.

I lost my car keys got three quotes to replace them - Berhampore Locks gave the lowest. I also found I needed a new car ignition. Having no idea about cars, the locksmith kindly collected the new ignition from Pick-a-Part for me. He was really nice and patient, explaining everything very clearly and keeping me up to date with progress, which I appreciated. I was quite worried about how much the bill would be, as he was back and forth all day installing the new ignition and making new keys, but it turned out to be $20 less than the original quote!

Can't recommend them enough - brilliant service and value.
