My first point of contact was with John Allen owner on the phone, I phoned about an appointment and got one straight away. After meeting John you felt like you were right at home, his friendly, bubbly warm greeting was great. John is very professional in his work, takes so much care and pride in what he does,he is a true craft man, he used equipment that not all Denture Technicians use, in fact very few, that aligns everything so you get correctly fitted dentures, while he does his work, you can laugh and joke with John, but at the same time he is completely focused on what he is doing. John explains everything fully, step by step instructions, treatment plans outlined, no hidden costs. He is a fully dedicated Denture Technician who I would recommend to everyone. It's not like walking into a Clinical environment but like walking into a warm and caring home, he lives on premises, I've had the pleasure of meeting John's wife and granddaughter and you are made to feel right at home. I was so embarrassed before going to see John about how I looked, he has put a smile back on my face, no longer do I have to cover my mouth when talking, time he spends to get everything correct is amazing. John is one amazing man, very professional, and what a Craftmade, who takes great pride in his work. If there were more stars he would get the lot. Many thanks to John I can laugh and smile again, and he would be my Number 1 recommendation to anyone.
