  Ordered Eggs Benedict. Real bacon and perfect eggs. $17 breakfast worth every cent! Coffee to die for and an extensive tea selection. Service friendly.

  Great coffee and great food. This was our first "New Zealand" meal and we were happy. It's also where I discovered you can't just order a "coffee" in this country, it was espresso drinks or instant coffee. ☺ I had an omelet and my husband had French toast.

  In my opinion Bean makes the best coffees consistently as opposed to it's main rival Steam Cafe. I usually go to Bean, given a choice. The main downside to Bean is that the good looking and large range of food is not labelled with prices which is actually illegal.
