  Cosy room with good cooking facility. Netflix on telly was great. Wifi was temperamental but ok for emails.

  Excellent welcome. Help with handicapped husband. Good continental breakfasts. Plenty of space and facilities for two. Quiet unit No.15 A rail to hang a tea-towel in the kitchen would be useful. Underfloor heating -wonderful. Nelson NZ May 2010

  I was a bit apprehensive when I read the comments below, but they could not be further from the truth. I was a tired and weary traveller when I was very welcomed by John, and was shown to a nice clean, warm and comfortable room. I had a very good sleep in a lovely bed, started my day after a great shower, and enjoyed my breakfast before starting my day. I have spent overnights out of town with my job in many motels and hotels, and if they were all like this, I would not mind it so much. I cannot believe the comments below and can only conclude they have been posted on the wrong site.
