  I cannot recommend Batenbergs more highly. I called from Los Angeles to order a Mothers Day gift basket to be delivered to New Plymouth. However, it was already to late since it was Friday morning local time.
  On calling, the phone was not answered and I figured they were busy as it was the Friday before Mothers Day, I had hardly hung up the phone when I receiver a call from a New Zealand number, it was Bratenbers calling me back, even though I had not left a message. I made my order and was told it was almost impossible to have the basket delivered for Mothers Day, but it would be here Monday, which I understood and agreed to.
  The gift basket arrived Saturday, and therefore was there for Mothers Day. I thank Batenbergs for there exemplary customer service and would not hesitate in using them again or refer them to friends and family.
