What a treasure find.!!! This is such a wonderful store filled with all things collectible and interesting.! If you're looking for anything from a wonderful memory to a gift for anybody at all this is a must see.! I met Jamie the shiny new owner and she was the most amazing, kind hearted, compassionate full of energy fun loving lady ever.! Welcoming every customer and just so excited to be starting a new venture.! We chatted for ages and now email one another about my art for her new home and business, how cool is that.?! what a star.! I can't wait to see the fresh new feeling and energy she will bring into this treasure find.! Awesome awesome awesome. 🤸🏼♂️🙏😍

Next time you’re in Omarama make sure you check out Big Rooster Antiques & Collectibles, 16 Chain Hills Highway! Jamie & Malcolm have just purchased this quirky looking building and are super excited about their new venture.

My wife, Karen, and I loved spending time walking through this cool little shop during our stay in Omarama! Lots of treasures that will take you back in time. Plus, many appealing gifts that we brought back with us to share with family and friends. Karen still wears the earrings that caught her eye. Make sure to take the time to visit. You'll be glad that you did!

The first thing that stood out was the authentic friendliness of the owner. The store had a warm and inviting atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed poking around in all the treasures. Good prices too. I highly recommend Jamie and her Red Rooster.

Owner is very friendly. Quite a good collection of vintage jewellery and items from the past -- from sterling silver malacite earrings and brooch, old pins, to fancy shaped lighters they have a bit of everything. They also have a Costume section towards the back of the store , mainly Warrior costumes that is worth a look if you stop by here for a quick stop.

On our way we stopped here. The store owner has a passion for her antiques that's outstanding. If you like antiques this place should be you stop when passing the village.
