So disappointed with the service here, I took my 2015 jet ski in and got told by the workshop team to ‘park it up on the beach’ because of a drive shaft issue - to basically never use it again. I then called them, they were so sarcastic and I was spoken to so rudely. Emailed them 4 times and they have avoided my customer service questions, I was planning on selling this jet ski and buying a brand new one. But I will definitely not be buying from here.

I purchased a set of saddle bags for my Spyder, on arrival, the hardware bag in the mounting kit box had split open spreading the "nuts and bolts" through the box, and inevitably 2 lost washers.
I called the store and spoke with Jade from their parts department, without hesitation he asked for the details of the missing parts, went out to a hardware store, and purchased replacements to send.
With a background in retail, i value service highly and Jade provided nothing but the best i could ever ask for in a frustrating situation.response / report this review
