Took the full cruise; very well done, lots to see, and a good travelog from the crew.
They have a great system to drop people off to walk or kayak, then pick them up later at a different stop. Multiple boats are out there, design your own tour. (I'd personally have preferred to kayak, or walk a section on the Tasman Track, but companion)response / report this review -

We took a cruise and walk which was good. It was rainy day so that was bad luck for us but I think it would be great in the summer time and I would recommend that you spend 4 hours or more because the walking tracks are long in Abel Tasman park. Have fun!

I went with the Option 5b. Discovery Day - Walk Medlands Beach to Anchorage package. It is definitely well worth the ticket price with the beautiful scenery on the cruise; however, be ready to have the least amount of rest and snacking along the way compared to other options.

I booked with these guys for hiking the abel tasman great walk - got a pickup in Nelson by bus, driven to kaiteriteri to catch water taxi and dropped off at Totaranui beach. Commentary was droll and entertaining! Great kiwi dry wit! $66 for bus and water taxi service. Taxi stopped off at many beaches and Adele island on the way dropping off day trippers.

Absolutely brilliant. From the booking (well the three day pass was rather confusing, with details given differently from two different people), through to the welcome to get on and off the boat, to the commentary's and laughs while travelling. The couple we sailed with on the way up, were especially very helpful and good to deal with.

Our recent getaway in the Able Tasman meant that we needed boat transport to Awaroa. I phoned a number of providers and was impressed by them all, but chose these guys based on price. The team in the kiosk at Kaiterteri were awesome, very friendly, informative and helpful. The captain and his assistant made you feel welcome and they freely chatted with us on the boat ride out. great commentary and advice. The boats are clean, tidy and are super easy to get on and off. Tons of choices as to pickup's and drop off's and nothing seems to bother them, simply fantastic.
