The place has been under construction for over 3 years as of 2018 and recently, the works have been stalled. For some unknown reason, 2 months ago they hung a banner on the building with words, "Opening Soon" written on it, but there have been no works carried out on the building since then (as of April 2018). So, as of now its not certain when the mall would be completed. As of early 2018, it is just another large incomplete commercial building which also happens to be one of the Tallest and Largest in Biratnagar.
