Elegant hotel with beautiful decoration in such a developed area of Biratnagar. The staffs are very helpful. Foods are of good taste having traditional Nepali taste. The rooms are large enough with modern facilities. Each room having its own balcony added extra facility of the rooms.

Old big hotel with swimming pool in Biratnagar. The inside is not found as seen from outside. Though starred hotel, it is not as per the standard. Leakages from bathroom fixtures(old models), dampness on walls observed. Higher room rate than other better hotels in the city. Car parking available.
High rate for less standard.

Probably the best in services with a pool and well maintained rooms. The hotel serves good food and the one just feel void of the warm weather in summer the moment you enter the hotel.

A decent hotel. The management seems to have built it and then left it to pay them back their investment. Maybe a tad overpriced for its value. Room cleaning is really good as long as you get after them. Breakfast buffet is pathetic but food in general is good.

I have visited so many hotels but the worst experience of my life is Hotel Xenial in BiratnagarI have booked a SweetRoom Their was no any Good Services in Room and BBf Services Were are timing 7 to 10 but at 9 o'clock the BBF were empty Totally.
Giving Silly reason for everything and Charged for 1day of SweetRoom is 8000 bucks..Not at all clean Services,Not EvenSweet Room are good but so many guys have posted those review as Good👎👎👎👎👎but I don't think so guys what you think
