It good hotel. Its in good location. It is in opposite of Tribhuwan international airport. As of good location, it is easy to gt in. Come out of airport and you will get the hotel. It is a good hotel. It has good room. Spacious room, neat and clean. This hotel has very good services. Staffs are cooperative who will make your journey easy. You will be in access to travel around good locations.

Booked hotel due domestic flight cancellation.customer services said She didnot have my booking.Customer care and hospitality was worse. You ll find far more better than this hotel.They were not apologising but persistently arrogant.There was no duty manager as i wante d to talk to him.

Best thing about this hotel is its nearer to airport, apart from Its not worth staying

We loved everything about this hotel. From the comfortable beds, to the spacious bathroom and the friendly reception staff. Breakfast was super delicious. Thank you and keep your service up.

I got a very clean and well managed room. Fantastic beds and bathroom. Excellent continental breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff.

Totally nicked. I will never go back again and will suggest no one to use this hotel.
Worst greetings by receptionist- I was told to leave or stay because he knew I was with little baby and lots of luggages.
Worst food and price- a cup of tea cold, dirty cup, no sugar available cost nearly £1.
A bowl of rice and lentil nearly £4. It was a joke. The rice and lentil was for baby and I was offered as complementary in every other hotels.
Room- toilet was dirty, bathroom door wouldn't close, no toilet paper, all wall sockets broken and not safe etc.
Rating- I wish there was 0 or minus ratings.
This hotel is a total rip off.
