Terrible experience and awful food. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 lemonades.

First we tried to change the mash potato that came with one of the burgers to fries, we were told no despite them having fries on the menu as a side dish. The 2 lemonades we got only had enough liquid for 2 sips and the rest was ice. When the burgers came the cheese burger was a fried potato patty with no cheese in sight. This was not advertised at all. The second meal was called an open spinach and mushroom burger that came with mash potato (that we had tried to change) and pasta. The patty was just lying there on the plate, no bread or anything. Technically this isn't an open burger, although it was ok in flavour but the mash was not potato, more like old rice pudding. And the spaghetti was clearly from last night or longer because it was too stale to eat. We ate what we could but left most of it.
To add insult to injury the napkin dispenser was swarming with ants. We left feeling sick from the little food we had eaten, still hungry and disappointed. I hope that anyone who reads this realises that if we can be bothered to write a review this long when there are no shortage of food options in Pokhara, that this place should really be avoided.
