  Very bad experience by the staff they cheat 5100 NC (rupees). I suggest never pay any rupee before checkout time.

  Once we booked this place over phone call and arrived there by 1pm at night. The dinner was kind of okay but next day it felt like the hotel was overpriced for what was to offer. Service was okay, food items from the menus were not at par with market standard.

  The hotel is good on its reasonable price tag. Staffs are very responsive and the meal called Thakali meal is so much delicious. And the location is ease to access as it is on the main road on the way to Lake side.

  Excellent facilities; clean; rooms modern and well kept. Great location. Breakfast was excellent. I would appreciate pet friendly rooms, and that would make me utilize this facility significantly more frequent
