  Smile car rental has everything you ask for. I used them to be picked up at the airport and to get from Kathmandu to Machha Khola with jeep. I found them to have the lowest price, very reliable and fast to answer - there were no hassle what so ever. Especially the jeep from Kathmandu to Machha Khola was great. Very good driver, on time, calm but yet fast. I recomend this company.

  Horrible experience, got manipulated. I had asked for three things while booking: good condition vehicle, working seatbelts for all passengers and a working A/C. Vehicle arrived 2 hours late the morning of departure with a punctured tyre, missing seatbelts, a/c without gas and the driver having returned from another trip only a couple of hours back. They exploit young drivers who is clearly overworked and apparently not even being paid his salary for last 3 months.

  I am really admired by the car rental service offered by Smile Car Rental, the car was of multiple service facilitating being in good condition with comfort seat. Moreover, the driver was experienced not only in his profession but also played a role of travel guide who was polite with good behavior and quite entertaining as well which made my trip more than interesting.
  The schedule of visiting travel points with their tenure was ideally made with timely breaks for refreshment.I was given detail information about all my travel points by the driver (some may not from my past experiences from other car rental service company ) who really became my travel friend.
  
  Overall, I found I not only enjoyed my trip but am delighted by the car rental service offered by Smile Car Rental Service. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Ishwar Prasad Kafle for making my trip full of enjoy and memorable
  
  I would be glad to get this sort of delightful and distinct service from Smile Car Rental in my future trip as well.

  We used Smile Car Rental on our recent trip to Nepal (November 2016). We used Smile for airport pickup and drop-off, one day of sightseeing in Kathmandu (driver and guide), and a four day trip from Kathmandu to Pokhara and Bandipur and back to Kathmandu (driver only). In all cases the service was excellent and the rates were very reasonable.
  
  The cars were comfortable and in good condition. The drivers were punctual and polite, and we appreciated their good, safe driving (in some very challenging conditions!).
  
  Thank you very much to Mr. Ishwar and his team for making our visit to Nepal so trouble-free and enjoyable!
