The place was peaceful and beautiful. Service was great.We had a nice time. The only reason for 3star is that ,as the resort is inside national park, we had to pay Rs 450 for one bike and 2 person. As we're group ..we had to pay around 2500 just for the entry which I think is not fair. Don't know why the entry fee is so high than other national park.

Shivapuri Village is situated 25km north away from hustle and bustle of Kathmandu valley. We serve organic vegetables grown in our garden.
HIKING

Visitors can take small yet enjoyable hikes around the Village premises. Along the route, one might encounter numerous birds, pheasants and on rare occasions wild boars and barking deer.

MOUNTAIN BIKING

Shivapuri is a biking paradise, if you are looking for some off-road mountain adventure. Usually, Kakani (a popular destination towards the west) is one of the best choices to start out.
BIRD WATCHING

Shivapuri Village and Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park holds numerous bird species.

YOGA & SPIRITUALITY

Shivapuri Village is considered a hot-bed for spiritual endeavors. Yoga and meditation soothes and energizes one for a new beginning.

CAMPING

We offer camping grounds with running water and waste disposals. Camping out is an adventure in itself and we find more and more people interested to spend a night-out among nature.

Best place for short trip and experiencing the natural beauty. The resort itself is situated in a peaceful environment. View of Himalayas and green forest park really made me calm and more relaxed!
By the way, this resort is situated on the other side of the Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park where visitors are charged separately. Entrance fees varies for Nationals & Foreigners.
