Beautiful resort, sweet people and views to bold you over. Resort is placed at location from where u can see Annapurna range and all major lakes of pokhara, room are comfortable, food is good but still best part is views and hospitality.

The resort is at a perfect location with views of both the city lakes and the mountains but if you actually stay there it will be disappointing experience at least for me it was. The food items are a horror and the table attendents were a mess. They are clueless about their food menu, and very slow. There was no hot water in the morning which made it all the more unpleasant. Over- 3/10 Strongly unrecommended!!

It's on the top of a hillisolated with breathtaking views of two lakes on either side and and clear tranquil view of Machhapuchhre mountain. Excellent place for people looking for peace.

Amazing Place with a breathtaking view. The only thing this place lacks is the training of the front desk staff. Our whole experience was ruined by the way the front desk staff treated us. Very disappointed!

One star only because the location is great, otherwise I’d give zero stars. You can get great views which you cannot get anywhere. The resort has clean rooms and is nicely maintained. What makes your stay worst there is their Worst hospitality. Front desk is rude, waiters are rude; they sure need some training. Advice to Rupakot staffs - Please learn to respect Nepali tourists. They are your guests too. Advice to Rupakot management - Please train your staffs. Hotel management Degrees mean nothing if they don’t know how to do their job.

This is a must visit place for all mountain lovers. The majestic peaks of Fishtail Mountain, Annapurna II and many such can be seen from your room only.
The food is good and so is the friendly service of the similing staffs.
The road to the resort is similar to any in a hilly terrain.
My wife and myself are just loving it.

Went there for swimming had a really bad experience. Spent NPRs 2000 just to swim in dirty water with green algae. It didn't worth that amount of money. It would have been better to go in some other public pools which would be clean and much more cheap. I guess that would be my last vist to this place for swimming.

Though it was off season visit the view was not clearly seen. The service is very good I like . They are very cooperative .. And the food available here is tastey. Problem here was with swimming pool
It was not clean we did not expected that because we were so excited with it.

Gorgeous views. Secluded from the crowds. Staff is great. But access is terrible. Road isn't constructed yet so only an SUV can comfortably reach, especially when it rains.

Well designed resort with a beautiful view of the lakes Rupa, Begnas and Fewa as well as the Annapurna range right before the eyes from a single location. A peaceful place to spend time in the outskirt of the city.

Been Rupakot resort last month booked a lounch for 13 people before an hour earlier
But when we reached there staff hadnot prepare anything so far and wait approximately 3 hrs for food that we order imagine how embarrassing moment was this can't aspect this with like 5 star resort so disappointed.
